Tasks no risks - Dr Rees advised we were transferred by an ambulance and was at GOSH to meet us
Direct no none sense approach - whilst I can appreciate some people might find this intimidating, I found it reassuring, it gave me confidence that the surgery was completely necessary and there was no real need to worry, my son was in the best hands.
Very confident and thorough - I totally trusted Dr Rees
Our appointment with Dr Rees was a good experience and we left feeling more than happy that she fully understood our concerns and would act on them. She listened very well throughout the appointment and was very clear and to the point with what she had to say. She personally contacted us 24 hours after the appointment with an update of what will happen next! We could not be any happier with the service she has provided and it has really helped to put our minds at rest that things are being done as they should be.

Dr Rees made a great effort to get me a quick operation date that wS suitable, taking advantage of a cancellation. Additionally she got me an assessment appointment that afternoon to save me a journey back in another day.
Miss Rees was clear, patient, sensible and unhurried. We felt that we were listened to and that she gave us all the time we needed after our long journey to the clinic. She also provided us with information and sought to explore further the information that she didn't have whilst we were with her. She even made an effort to say goodbye to us in welsh! A great experience.
